Thank you Spitzer Honda Euclid! What a great experience once I was able to get past the automated phone service. My service tech Denise Vinson was so great! I'm currently in Texas and had to get work done in the Cleveland area. I had my vehicle towed from my Ohio residence and Denise took over from there. She was able to get my vehicle analyzed quickly and effectively. She called me with the diagnosis and had my vehicle up and running in no time. She also arranged for a shuttle service to pick up my family member to go pick up the vehicle. Once she took over I never had to worry about a thing. Thank you Denise!

Two stars for problems with their scheduling.
I had used this dealership two years prior and things were fine for a standard oil change and tire rotation, which is why I am giving them a two. The service was not above and beyond what you would expect for a standard service.
This most recent time, I scheduled an 8 AM oil change and tire rotation. The site was not allowing for online scheduling which is fine, I do not mind coordinating with someone over the phone. After five hours post drop-off, I had not heard from the service department so I decided to check that everything was fine. I was informed that work was not started on my car and that they were too busy to have it completed, but that they would "hurry up and do it", which isn't really something I want to hear when looking for quality service. Not wanting them to rush and having to make an appointment at 3:30, I cancelled the service.
However, the delay wasn't even what bothered me the most. I wasn't even given an apology for having wasted my time dropping off my vehicle and arranging my own transport to and from work. I was given the keys and told to have a nice day. Please fix scheduling issues and inform customers if they will not have their car completed in a reasonable amount of time.
Excellent and timely service on my Acura RDX. Service advisor Denise Vinson was extremely helpful - great communication and customer service. She made sure my RDX got the care it needed. I will definitely be coming back!
Will never use Service Center Again and will tell all my friends.

Bought 2 cars here. One had transmission issues 6 mo ago. First they said car is fine and charged me 180 diagnostic fee. I could not make it back home, but car is fine right. Brought it back and they said oh yeah you need a new transmission. Warranty covered it under powertrain. Recently took it in due to similar symptoms. They charged me $186 bucks for diagnostics, DIDN'T know what was wrong and said they needed another 350 bucks to figure it out. I was upset got into it with service manager Jesse who does not know how to handle upset customers. Took my car to a family mechanic, took him 30 minutes to tell me that I needed a high pressure fuel pump. Next day car was repaired and I was back on the road. Never again will I bring it to a ripp off dealer like this. Nothing against service advisors they are nice people. Manager is a bully and their shop technicians don't know what they are doing. Sales people of this dealership are nice. Service Center is clueless.
We recently began our search for a new CR-V and visited a lot of dealerships. We were lucky to end our search at Spitzer and get to work with Nick Hall. He was amazing throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Nick and the Spitzer family. We left with a new vehicle and felt like part of a family. We will definitely keep going back for any future vehicles and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car should too.
